Donevia provides custom automation systems and consulting services for businesses. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.
SMS Terms
By submitting your phone number through our contact form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Donevia. These messages may include follow-up communications related to your inquiry and appointment reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Payment
All services are billed as agreed upon in writing prior to work beginning. A deposit is required before work starts. Final payment is due upon delivery of the completed system.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the deliverables produced for their project. Donevia retains the right to use general methodologies and non-proprietary workflows in future projects.
Limitation of Liability
Donevia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
